MICHELE O'TOOLE, President - Over 30 years experience in the Vertical Transportation Industry. Held various positions in management at Otis Elevator Company, responsibilities included field installation of new escalators and elevators, field surveys and analysis of existing escalators and elevators, determination of operating efficiencies, development of scope requirements, preparation and writing of specifications, selling, coordination and implementation of numerous major modernization projects, review of system maintenance and preparation of repair and maintenance proposals and contracts, supervision of construction documents, design of new vertical transportation systems with projected traffic analysis, cost estimates, shop drawing review and related work requirements with other trades, prevailing code, life safety and handicapped requirements, restoration of all escalator and elevator systems at the World Trade Center in 1993. Holds U.S. Department of State security clearance.

RONALD WOODS, Senior Designer - Over 43 years of experience in the Vertical Transportation Industry. Responsible for the mechanical and structural design engineering for new construction of elevators and escalators. Direct responsibility includes supervision in contract engineering and manufacturing of detailed drawings, layouts, sheave shaft loads, reactions, loads on safety etc. Worked directly with the City of New York Planning Examiners and Building Inspectors on numerous projects in the Metropolitan area.
